Registration & Login

Requirements for registration:
  • An active Bangladeshi mobile number (any operator)
  • A valid email address
  • Your full name and date of birth
  • Must be at least 18 years old
Tip: Enter accurate details — they will be verified at the time of withdrawal.

Full registration takes just 3 to 5 minutes — three simple steps: personal details, password, and OTP verification. The OTP reaches your phone in under a minute.

Only one account is allowed per phone number and email address. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and a reset code will be sent to you. Use that code to set a new password — the whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Alternative: With OTP login, you can access your account without a password.

Your account will be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support@iqz11.app. Our support team will verify your identity and help unlock your account.
Deposit

To make a deposit:
  • Log in to your account
  • Click the "Deposit" button
  • Select a payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
  • Enter the amount and confirm
  • Complete the payment by entering your PIN in mobile banking
Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

The minimum deposit on IQ Z11 is just ৳100, and it can be made via any mobile banking method available in Bangladesh. There is no maximum limit, though you can set your own daily limit from Account Settings.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are usually credited within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Network issues may occasionally extend this to 5–10 minutes. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, please contact support.

IQ Z11 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking service (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) may apply their standard transaction charges as per their own policy.
Withdrawal

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. In most cases, they're completed within 1–3 hours. Your first withdrawal may take a little longer due to identity verification.

Small withdrawals generally don't require extra verification. However, for larger amounts or your first withdrawal, a copy of your national ID or other government-issued ID may be requested. This is purely a security measure to keep your funds safe.
Tip: Providing accurate information during registration helps speed up verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount at IQ Z11 is ৳500. To withdraw, go to the "Withdrawal" option in your account, enter the amount, and select your payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket).

You'll receive a referral bonus when someone registers using your referral code and makes their first deposit. The bonus amount is based on your referred friend's first deposit. You can find your referral code on your account profile page.
